Andor (2022)

BingeNext's take

If you’re a fan of sci-fi with plenty of action and drama, Andor is a great pick that feels like stepping into a darker, more intense corner of the Star Wars universe. The show follows Cassian Andor, played by Diego Luna, as he navigates a dangerous world full of deception and intrigue, slowly becoming a key figure in the fight against the Galactic Empire. With two seasons and 24 episodes, it offers a rich story that’s both thrilling and thoughtful, perfect for anyone who enjoys character-driven adventures with a political edge. The cast, including Stellan Skarsgård and Denise Gough, brings depth to the story, making it feel grounded even amid the sci-fi elements. If you like shows such as Star Trek or Doctor Who, you’ll probably appreciate the mix of tension and hope here. Watching Andor feels like getting drawn into a gritty, gripping rebellion that’s as much about the people as the battles.
