Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and BingeNext governing your use of bingenext.com and the BingeNext iPhone app. By using BingeNext you accept these terms. Questions: Jordan@Bingenext.com.

The service

BingeNext provides AI-generated TV and movie recommendations for personal, non-commercial use. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees: availability on streaming platforms changes constantly, and details like ratings, seasons, and platforms are drawn from third-party sources and the AI itself, so occasional inaccuracies are possible. BingeNext is not affiliated with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, or any streaming platform mentioned; their names and content belong to their owners.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Free tier, ads, and fair use

The free tier includes a limited number of recommendations per day, enforced per account or device. In the iPhone app, free users may be shown ads, including optional rewarded videos that unlock additional recommendations. Circumventing rate limits, automating requests, or scraping the service is not permitted.

Premium subscriptions and billing

Premium unlocks additional features such as focus types, maturity and year filters, completed-series mode, and the dislike system. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the web or through your Apple ID in the app, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled any time from your Profile page (web) or your App Store subscription settings (app). Cancellation stops future renewals; benefits continue through the end of the paid period. Where required by law, refunds are handled by the billing platform that took your payment (Stripe or Apple).

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access others' data, no reverse engineering, no reselling of the service or its output as your own product, and no submitting content designed to generate unlawful or harmful output.

Affiliate links

Some links to streaming platforms or retailers may be affiliate links, meaning BingeNext may earn a commission if you subscribe or purchase after clicking, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Intellectual property

The BingeNext name, logo, design, and software are our property. Show and movie titles, artwork, and metadata belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery.

Disclaimers and liability

BingeNext is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights you hold under your local law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after changes means acceptance. You can stop using BingeNext at any time and delete your data from Profile settings.
